Per documents just filed in NY federal court, Prince Andrew *will* be represented by counsel in today's first hearing in the sexual abuse lawsuit filed against him by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre.

The duke's lawyers will contest jurisdiction and if he was properly served. Prince Andrew will be represented by Los Angeles-based attorney Andrew Brettler, of the well-known and high-profile entertainment litigation law firm Lavely & Singer.
