#Mastodon completely misses the point of #Twitter. Sadly. Let me explain:🧵 1. the devs chose to not implement a full-text search. This might protect users from fanboys and attacks, but it also kills any research into local or other developments. Can’t find pics of a demonstration or comments on somebody’s speech or on a city I want to visit.
