"Warren’s senior adviser Dan Geldon privately communicated with Sanders’ campaign manager Faiz Shakir in an attempt to stop the tweets."

So THAT'S what was going on. @ewarren is such weak sauce her team demanded everyone STFU about her.

politico.com/news/2020/01/1… @ewarren This framing by @politico is inaccurate and unfair: "The number of critical tweets did decline, but some Sanders aides, including policy adviser Warren Gunnels, have continued to occasionally jab at her."

It links to two specific tweets written in defense - not offense.

This is important. Don't buy into the narrative that we somehow "need" Elizabeth Warren in a brokered convention.

The goal is defeat her early in IA and NH so that Bernie can begin consolidating support as the sole progressive alternative to Joe Biden. We know these narratives about "needing Warren" to "combine delegates" are dubious bc Bernie's senior adviser, Jeff Weaver recently said the Sanders campaign anticipates winning on the first ballot.

And Weaver's logic checks out. Read the article.

Making a list comparing ALL of Bernie's plans to Warren's plans to prove she isn't more "specific and detailed and has more plans" than Bernie.

"I have a plan" is empty sloganeering and libs need to admit it. Bernie has 31 plans on his site, Warren has 52

But bear in mind Numerical count ≠ More 'specific' or 'policy-focused' — scope and quality of these plans matter

For e.g. Bernie's #GND (1 comprehensive plan) covered everything in Warren's 'Green' plans (6 separate plans)

Elizabeth Warren said she was sexually harassed by a former colleague at work. A "senior faculty member" when she was just a "baby law professor."

He slammed the door, lunged for her and chased her around his desk trying to get his hands on her. She pleaded with him, "You don't want to do this... you don't want to do this... I have little children at home. Please don't do this..."

This was publicized as a frightening and empowering story at the height of #MeToo movement.
