Apple's pas gelanceerde streetview concurrent 'Look Around' blijkt een zure appel voor onze privacy: meer dan 10% (!) van alle nummerplaten zijn niet of onvoldoende onleesbaar gemaakt. Worst part: enkel Apple-klanten kunnen checken of ze zijn blootgesteld. Een draadje 👇🧵 Op Apple's image collection website kan je zien dat ze afgelopen zomer straten- en voetgangerswegen hebben gefotografeerd in heel ons land. Ze claimen de 'beste technologie' te hebben voor beeldvervaging waaraan ze al sinds 2015 sleutelen. Maar niets is minder waar.
