If isolation suppresses the immune system then people sailing around the world would come back vulnerable. They do not.
Massive immune trauma occurs from highly viral infections which destroy all kinds of cells, including immune cells. 🧵
Repairing the immune system begins with completely ridding the body of the virus. Not easy as highly viral viruses tend to get deep into tissues and partner with bacteria and fungus to create biofilms to wall off the immune system. Like a multi-pathogen bunker or fortress.

Our theory: Chronic COVID is a Post Viral Syndrome (PVS), in which the immune system is weakened by the trigger virus and many other opportunistic pathogens are allowed get a chronic foothold.

Just looked this up: Cyanide gas poisoning may also cause respiratory symptoms of bronchitis, pneumonia, lung oedema and pneumonia, and digestive symptoms of vomiting and stomach pain.
