I’ve been offline much of this week as I isolate with my young daughter who tested positive for COVID. She is recovering, and I tested negative, but it still upended our home and I’m eager to return to “pandemic normal.” It drove home for me how irresponsible and dangerous it is that our #moleg continues to meet in small spaces with no mask requirement. The supermajority’s leadership know the voices they don’t want to hear will prioritize safety of others and stay away.

#moleg@MomsDemandstltoday.com/news/local/gov… Before the pandemic, Missouri already faced a public health crisis of gun violence, yet too many #moleg lawmakers deny the problem or make excuses. Time to send more @MomsDemand gun sense lawmakers to Jefferson City. Three things you can do right now to help:

The very good news out of this overall awful session is this: for the 3rd straight year, Missouri volunteers for @MomsDemand and other key stakeholders again defeated dangerous gun bills like #HB575 #moleg I am so proud to volunteer with @MomsDemand and work with our many Missouri volunteers from all over the state. We not only beat back bad gun bills, but took some important first steps in passing a proactive gun reform bill this year. #moleg
