Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Plantation and Commodities, YAB Dato' Sri Haji Fadillah Yusof makes statement to Parliament confirming Malaysia will take action in response to EU Deforestation Regulation.

1/6 DPM told Parliament there is no justification for Malaysia to be labelled ‘high risk’ under the EU Deforestation Regulation. He stated that the Malaysian government expects the EU to give a written guarantee that this will not happen.
