We're about to enter another #foia #sunshineweek. Compliance still sucks. It will only get better when requesters and attorneys adopt a zero tolerance policy. Every single FOIA violation is nothing less than an affront and threat to our democracy and should be taken to court. Seriously, every single one. Imagine how untenable this widespread pattern of #FOIA abuse would become, both for agencies and the courts.
