Yesterday, Zionist forces murdered Ghufran Warasneh, a 31 year old journalist from Al-Arroub camp near Hebron. She was the eldest in her family and the main support for her younger siblings.
Ghufran was going to her first day of work at a new job at a local radio station when she was shot in the chest.
“We were waiting for her to be the first to go on air as our new voice, but instead we received the news of her killing." The station said.

FUSAKO SHIGENOBU IS FINALLY FREE!
Japanese freedom fighter Fusako Shigenobu was released from prison in Japan today after 20 years in detention. She is lifelong comrade of the Palestinian people and struggle.
Shigenobu was born in Tokyo in 1945 & first became radicalized as part of the ‘60s student movement in Japan, where she led organizing efforts against US imperialism in Japan & globally. Shigenobu eventually joined Palestinians in Lebanon to fight alongside them for over 30 years

Today marks the 5th anniversary of the martyrdom of intellectual and resistance fighter Basel al-Araj by zionist forces. Basel was a community organizer who engaged Palestinian youth in popular education about the history of Palestinian resistance.
In 2016, Basel, along with 5 of his comrades, was arrested, tortured, and interrogated by Palestinian Authority police for his powerful political writing and agitation against the PA’s normalization with the zionist state.
