The major raw material form palm based cooking fats and oils in Kenya is Crude Palm Oil. This is the pulp from the fruit of the oil palm tree and has a bright orange-red colour owing to the high quantity of beta-carotene it contains.

Final exams came and there was a hot contest for who would be top in class between the teacher’s favourite pet and the noisemaker.

My mum is a staunch #Hindu woman with strong principles, upstanding morals, and very much attached to traditional values. For fucks sake, she will not eat in a restaurant that serves eggs, let alone meat.
In her spare time, she is the official family travel agent for guilt trips.
