Super alarming. Breakout of “respiratory” related illnesses in NYC clearly related to #COVID19 viruses.

This is a thread about how to interpret the sudden appearance of respiratory infections in NYC and how that can serve as a model for the rest of the country. 1/9 This is nyc.gov data. 1) Some thoughts on Fitbit: this is a cheap acquisition (1.5x sales) but will do little for Google. Google’s overall hardware strategy is still inferior to Apple’s. I actually wrote about this last week in ‘Why Semiconductor Development Matters’
