70s male w/ chest pain. Clear-cut anterior STEMI to De Winter T-waves! Although last ECG is diagnostic for LAD occlusion it does not (technically) meet STEMI criteria. Hopefully, you would activate the cath lab, even if this was the only 12-lead ECG! #MedTwitter#CardioTwitter

I don't claim to be an expert on this topic but I have some thoughts after 25-years as a front line paramedic, field supervisor, and chief officer. Your mileage may vary. 2/ Control your emotions. If you're angry, do not provide feedback. Be nice, because you don't have all the facts yet. Breathe in, breath out. This is a good time to remember that you're not perfect. Moments like these make or break your reputation.
