What is the AAP liquor scam?

1. AAP executed a new liquor policy in 2021, completely privatising sales and distribution of liquor - previously run by Delhi govt.

During lockdown 1 (April 2020) while on twitter (you can say in ways I was new to twitter back then) I thought of getting into activist mode against organised religion and I discovered Atheist Republic They had radical posts against Islam and not much following from India (they had about 50k followers back then) and hardly any mutuals. I was impressed by their content (yes, I'm an idiot somedays) n thought I should take up their membership for premium content/sharing.
