New analysis shows the UK is the only country in north west Europe to have suffered a decrease in exports since the Brexit vote in 2016.

Far from increasing trade, as Boris Johnson promised, the UK has suffered a downturn - costing £billions #BrexitChaos… While Ireland has increased its volume of exports in goods and services by 48.1% over the past five years, the UK has seen a decrease of 5.5%.

For context, the Tory government still owes Scotland £billions in missing funds and a No-Deal Brexit could cost Scotland £12.7billion a year ❌ This doesn't scratch the surface of the £400million that the UK Government has failed to invest in City and Growth deals in Scotland, in order to match the SNP Scottish Government's much higher levels of investment.

Labour members should call him out before it’s too late… We know that Tory plans to take us out of the single market and customs union would cost hundreds of thousands of UK jobs, and damage people’s incomes, living standards, and livelihoods for decades to come.
