That puts it behind all thirteen neighbouring countries - and the only country to see a decline.

For context, the Tory government still owes Scotland £billions in missing funds and a No-Deal Brexit could cost Scotland £12.7billion a year ❌ This doesn't scratch the surface of the £400million that the UK Government has failed to invest in City and Growth deals in Scotland, in order to match the SNP Scottish Government's much higher levels of investment.
