They will delay your care and refuse to fill your prescription until they can “clarify” the indication for your prescription even when it clearly states the diagnosis is a “spontaneous abortion,” which, by definition, is a miscarriage.

Apparently, pharmacists were directed by @Publix administration to clarify all prescriptions that have the term “abortion” in them even if it already specifies “spontaneous,” and they will read you the fucking FL statute over the phone.

Die #WHO führt #misoprostol auf der Liste der #essentialmedicines , da es weltweit die Müttersterblichkeit senkt. In Leitlinien weltweit wird Misoprostol beim medikamentösen Abbruch zusammen mit Mifepriston und beim instrumentellen zum Priming empfohlen.
Ein Schwangerschaftsabbruch nach Goldstandard, also entsprechend internationaler Leitlinien und Studienlage wäre nicht mehr möglich, wenn das Medikament nicht mehr verfügbar wäre, auch wenn es jetzt schon die ganze Zeit „off label“ benutzt wurde.
