Info on Ukrainian citizen Nikolay Kichmar, who was not a soldier, but UN independent observer & OSCE #HumanRights intl congress, he was one of 23 intl observers to confirm results of referendum on #Karabakh independence on 1991, Dec 10.
He was helping w/ supplies & medicine to #Armenia|ns in blockade. Was killed on this day by #Azerbaijan Grad missile, hit their bus.
