Point 2. Oblige govt cease presence of any foreign forces in Iraq, prevent their use of Iraq soil & airspace,
Point 3. Oblige govt to apply to UN w/ a complaint over Iraq sovereignty violation,
Point 4. Investigate US air strikes
Iran applies to UN security council over killing of #QassemSoleimani and others.
Despite inadequate responses from #Trump and #Pompeo, who claim US are leaving Iraq, General Seely officially informs US forces are on way out on request from Iraq parliament & govt.
P.S. Any operation in Iraq or Iran can be made even not having troops on the soil inside I guess
