In light of #COVID-19, to be free at this time, even if it means he has to quarantine with his cousin during his first week of freedom, is a difference of life or death. Thousands are still vulnerable to COVID-19 while in ICE prisons. @ICEgov REFUSES to release them(THREAD 3/5)
