Cardiologists worldwide are puzzled by a dramatic (very unseasonal) drop in severe heart attack (STEMI) cases.
Some suspect misdiagnosis with #COVID19 or lack of proper examination. Others bewail the (higher?) hidden costs of concentrating all resources on the bug.

Dark thought: the push to add #COVID19 to every death certificate, no matter what the evidence, not only ‘justifies’ state action & helps local govt/health authority secure budgets, but could avoid malpractice suits from kin of those not properly treated or denied care entirely.
This #COVIDー19 disquiet shared by one of #Switzerland’s top cardiologists in one of the more heavily afflicted (and populous) cantons:-

As you will be aware, I have NO particular knowledge in this field, just an awareness of the cacophony of ‘experts’.
But #hydroxychloroquine sceptics will note that #DidierRaoult has specifically said its use for those with cardiac ailments is known to be problematic. Ergo...?
