TV news channels & social media users in India who are demonising Muslims or any other communities must understand that this can lead to stigma & adversely impact public health.
They must heed @PMOIndia & stop blaming the Muslim community for the spread of the #COVID19 pandemic.
We must also prioritize vulnerable communities, like the #transgender community, that have faced historical discrimination in accessing essential services.
