Question about legal actions pursued regarding fmr Governor Bevin’s pardons.

Beshear says he kept getting open record requests and said he learned they didn’t have them, and alleges fmr staff took them with them.

Tom Latek (legend) asked our question we asked @StevenStackMD if antibody test results are included on reported positive cases. Stack isn’t there today. @GovAndyBeshear can’t answer. Says he will get an answer.

Our inclination is the answer is, yes.

Another question on Ernst and Young about the overall cost of Kentucky’s contract versus Colorado’s. Turkeys was five times higher new contract will be at least three times higher
