Commonly available drugs:
(minimum side effects)

Bromhexine+Omeprazole
Famotidine
Loperamide
VitaminsABCD+Zinc
Quercetin+Bromelain

Colchicine trial ongoing

Combine with 1 among these prescription drugs:
Doxycycline/Indomethacin/Dipyridamole/Ciclesonide

Loperamide is the odd one out here.

I put it because it is non-prescription & there is A research paper which suggests that it could disrupt the Cholesterol Synthesis Pathway

Prescription alternatives would be Fluvostatin + Losarton

Lots of buzz around inhaled (nebulized) interferons

(for those who are deficient in Vitamin D)

It also increases effectiveness of corticosteroids
