i.e. the parts that aren't commissioned out are *already* @PHE_uk.

..suggests @MattHancock can do whatever he likes (organisationally) as long as his statutory #PublicHealth duties are discharged. But does this 'merger' mean private interests get their hands on #Porton & #Colindale, i.e. #pathogens & #radiation?

The public has a right to know!

Maybe this time the media will ask at least *some* of the right questions, rather than simply parroting the Government's spin?
