3/5 Previous street drug supply chains have been disrupted by travel restrictions and border measures and public health measures designed to reduce the impact of #COVID19 may increase isolation, stress and anxiety.
4/5 As well, #COVID-19 has put strain on the supports for persons who use drugs. Addiction is not a choice, it is a treatable medical condition. People use substances for many different reasons, incl. coping with trauma and other pain.
