Meet Shannon Coombs, a Microbiologist for the SA Pathology Food and Environmental Laboratory.
Working closely with producers and government, the lab tests everything from meat & dairy, to supermarket ready-to-eat meals, as well as water, surfaces, pharmaceuticals + cosmetics
