SHELTER I

The tents at #Moria2 where set up quickly. They have no floor. What's if it rains? They are not winter-proof. The camp is exposed to the north. In autumn & winter the wind is heavy & cold. How to heat these tents? There is no electricity. Almost no light at night 2/9

SHELTER II

The Camp is build on an old military shooting range. How save could an old shooting range be? Save enough to put thousands of #refugeesgr on it? No one knows what's in the ground. It's for sure chemically contaminated. A lot of children gonna play there. 3/9

FOOD & DRINKING WATER

One time a day water & food are distributed via a foodline. #RefugeesGR are saying there is not enough food & water. Some of them said there is only one bottle (1,5 l) per person a day. The food delivered is the same like in #Moria. The qualitiy is bad. 4/9

MEDICAL CARE

The health and medical conditions are desastrous as well. Up until now there is no realy running medical infrastructure inside the new camp #Moria2. Patients where asking for days for their doctors. The situation remains chaotic. 5/9

SANITATION I

The hygiene situation is disastrous. No showers. Just chemical toiletts No adequate sanitary facilities at all. #RefugeesGR have to wash themselves in the salty sea water. „Who can stand it, not taking a shower for 2 month?“ a youngster living in the camp said. 6/9

SANITATION II

There is no tap water. #RefugeesGR have to stand in line to get water for cooking & washing from tanks filled up by tank trucks. The laundry has to be wahsed by hand with cold water. The scabies epidemic cannot be treated in this way. 7/9

#COVID19

The isolation area is not realy an isolation area. People can stand next to eah other and the virus can easily been spreaded. #RefugeesGR inside this area are complaining that there are not enough toiletts and no one is cleaning them. 8/9

Let us never forget: These #Reugeesgr where forced to enter the new camp with multiple sorts of violence. The police sieged them, used hunger & dehydration, teargased them and their kids to brake them & make them obey. Their demand remain: "#Freedom!"
