#THREAD The United States Commission for International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) declared India as a ‘Country of Particular Concern (CPC)’ in its 2020 Report.
CPC is a nation guilty of particularly severe violations of religious freedom under International Religious Freedom Act
CPC tag for India, can lead to crippling economic sanctions, once accepted by the US govt
The Report is a result of planned lobbying effort to influence #USCIRF by US based Islamist Fronts such as ICNA & IAMC, affiliated with terrorist org. like Jamaat-e-Islami, HM, LeT and SIMI
The MEA in India had already rejected the #USIRF locus standi & its Report, but no one realized that US Islamist lobby was behind it.
They operate under various names
- Justice for All
- Save India
- Free Kashmir
to hide their affiliations but are run by the same set of people.
Two key people of these Islamists Fronts are Shaik Ubaid and Abdul Mujahid.
Fidelis Government Relations (FGR), the US Lobby firm which is headed by Terry Allen since 2013-14, was hired by groups led by Ubaid & Mujahid. But for what?
In the name of #Rohingya & #Uighur, these groups collect Zakat donations, but the money is used to pay to lobby against India
Rs. 2,41,00,000 i.e. $3,22,000 was paid to FGR between 2013-2020 for this very purpose.
‘Justice for All’ spent $50,000 on FB ads in US to collect fund.
FGR's Terry Allen is associated with USCIRF Commissioner Nadine Maenza since 2012.
Terry joined 'Patriotic Voices' in 2015 as Senior Advisor. Maenza was its President since 2012.
Maenza & other USCIRF Senior officials have been attending IAMC/ ICNA events on a regular basis.
These Fronts also run Facebook ads in Canada, Europe and Asia to collect donations in the name of Rohingyas & Uighurs. These ads are also run on Google & YouTube.
This money is then spent on lobbying against India.

By 2018 key USCIRF functionaries like Nadine Maenza, Anurima Bhargava & Harrison Akins have been seen attending several events hosted by groups like Justice for All, Sound Vision & IAMC

2014 USCIRF Report changed India’s map, removing J&K, Ladakh & Arunanchal
After lobbyig efforts, 2018 onwards they actively started pushing anti-India narrative on SM to justify CPC for India.
By 2020 they managed to influence #USCIRF sufficient to get India designated as CPC.
India America Center for Social Justice or IACSJ, a new front of IAMC was recently created.
On the face of it the front works for social justice, but the real hidden agenda is maligning India's image to try and get India it tagged as CPC through #USCIRFExposed

#JusticeForAll (JFA) of which BTF is a chapter was founded by Abdul Malik Mujahid.
Both guys were the Head & Secretary of the ICNA respectively in 1996 & have been since then operating various fronts under the umbrella of ICNA.
ICNA who claims to be a Muslim advocacy forum, is actually a sister NGO of HHRD.
They have extensive ties with globally designated terror groups - JeI, LeT & Hizbul Mujahideen.
HHRD has also been providing funds to foundations such as terror group fronts like Al-Khidmat.
Mohd. Ahmadullah Siddiqi, founder of banned terror group #SIMI is now the Executive Director of Mujahid's group #SoundVision
FBI convicted US ISI agent Ghulam Nabi Fai is also a close associate. Fai trf US$3.5mn from US to Pak & lobbyied for Kashmir separatist at behest of ISI

Hyping narrative of rising Islamophobia & minority persecution in India. Both fronts use Database of The Oppressed (DOTO) to justify claims. DOTO collects data on the atrocities on minorities in India.
DOTO is highly inflated & in part fabricated to hype numbers
Out of 22,919 cases they have mapped so far, 67% are fabricated
DOTO was used to spread fake narrative of Islamophobia in India during 2020 #lockdown which was later exposed by several Fact Check sites run via ISPR

Ajit Sahi who is also in the advocacy group of IAMC, connected with Jamaat is an editorial member of QF
