Advertise food you could make. Test the demand out by going to businesses and asking staff if they would be interested in your menu. Set the menu for the week and then advertise.

Make friends with real estate agents. They have contacts of people downscaling and emigrating.

Immediately you could contact them and offer to help them move or sell their things they no longer use/need.
