What is the likelihood that the Commissioner made a decision « AS CONSEQUENTIAL AS » whether 'to launch or not open a Canadian criminal

THIS DECISION having been made and we have a government which appears all too content to 'wash its hands' [italics] of pursuing a criminal prosecution against those responsible for issuing THE ORDER to savagely destroy civilian aircraft and in so doing, 'putting to the sword'
