RISKING SERIOUS UNDERSTATEMENT

The decision by @CommrRCMPGRC has been made in what can only be described as a «CLEAR DISREGARD» for the provisions of the Criminal Code

... AND THERE is none more serious than the innocent lives of 55 Canadian citizens, murdered.

@ps752justice

THIS DECISION, which for appearances, will be (grimly) portrayed as having originated solely with RCMP Commissioner ...

THEN ONE MUST ASK:
What is the likelihood that the Commissioner made a decision « AS CONSEQUENTIAL AS » whether 'to launch or not open a Canadian criminal

3/9
investigation' herself (and herself alone)?

TO BE CLEAR, and supposedly without the 'input' [italics] and without any direction from PM @JustinTrudeau (and very probably @BillBlair @DavidLametti @MarcGarneau @OmarAlghabra).

4/9
THIS DECISION having been made and we have a government which appears all too content to 'wash its hands' [italics] of pursuing a criminal prosecution against those responsible for issuing THE ORDER to savagely destroy civilian aircraft and in so doing, 'putting to the sword'

5/9
[italics] 176 innocent passengers and crew and with them, brutally murdering 55 Canadian citizens.

THIS GOVERNMENT seems contentedly prepared to 'turn its back and walk away' [italics] from the murdered victims and their grieving families.

This ATROCITY is the second deadliest terrorist attack against Canadian citizens in Canada's history - only the bombing of Air India Flight 182 (1985) had a greater number of casualties.

THE QUESTION becomes rhetorical.

IN CLOSING, I leave the reader with this for their

7/9
contemplation.

FIRSTLY,
RCMP OATH OF OFFICE can be found in Schedule 14 of Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. R-10)(Below)

READ it in conjunction with Subsection 18(a), Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. R-10), the duty of a member(Below):

8/9
SECONDLY,
WHEN PLACED ALONGSIDE a sample from Canadian law as it applies to "terrorism"

Subsection 83.01(1)(a)(ii) Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46)

THAT SAID, please read the question found in first Frame of following Thread:
