The “Biennial Report of the Eugenics Board” of North Carolina from 1964 - 1966 documents that, of the 356 people sterilized during this period, 66.4 percent of operations were performed on African American patients and 98.3 percent of operations were performed on female patients.
Tennessee & North Carolina are just 2 examples in my research that I have found of force sterilization of BLACK men & women. Also, it has happened in the West Indians, Africa & etc wherever melanated people are.
