When your teams change, you are not doing it wrong. We’re not saying you should break up your teams or switch ppl around frequently.
Dealing with #change is juste reality.

Why your teams change:
–growth/attrition
–new work or priority
–knowledge sharing
–stagnation & learning

Don’t fall into the rigidity trap.
Change can occur at an individual, team, division, department or company level.
Remember: ppl don’t fear change, they ffear loss.
Some people quit because of pandemic epiphanies, or because they were looking for a raise or a promotion they couldn’t get.
There’s been many layoffs as well for economic purposes. #USI2022
3 strategies to strengthen your company:
1️⃣ Merge teams, especially if specific skills are not widely shared. But do it collaboratively, with the people working, draft a living document woth the why, and FAQ, and be patient. Then relaunch the larger teams and learn facilitation.
2️⃣ Engage people to work & learn together. Make them work in pairs/groups. #USI2022
3️⃣ Build relationships. Don’t wait 7 years before telling your teammate you own the exact same kind of dog. Equalize local & remote. Admit you’re not the best manager, invest in that. Write a user guide on yourself. Design your team canvas and storyline together. #USI2022
