We’re making an adventure show for teens that adults will love. #DragonForge is not your typical animation, because it is being created by our members

The #story follows a #Dragon named Ember & his friends as they find their way home after a magical pendant strands them in another reality. But what begins as a journey home turns into a quest to save their world…

Ember, Dryden, Kip, Seraphine, and Zora used to be close friends, until they were involved in an accident that changed their lives. As they piece together secrets about the present, they will uncover unsettling truths about their past that will once again test their friendship.

Ember, our main protagonist, never fully recovered from that day. Once bold and charismatic, he now lives an anxious and reclusive life. Until a sacred pendant chooses him as its new Champion, forcing him to become the hero he always dreamed.

Dryden used to be best friends with Ember. But he blames Ember for what happened, a grudge he carries to this day. He’s brave, fierce, and expected to become the next Champion. So when Ember is chosen instead, their rivalry reaches a boiling point.

Kip is a feisty little fighter who follows their friends into battle without question. They’re not the best at anything, and would rather shine a spotlight on someone else. All they want is to keep the group together, because it’s the family Kip never had.

Seraphine is a triple threat; negotiator, tactician, and walking library, she has all the makings of a leader. Except the last thing she wants is to follow her mother’s footsteps. Responsibility is something Seraphine avoids; she has her reasons.

Zora is the silent type. No, literally she doesn’t speak. she understands situations through the lens of emotion and empathy. And she notices details that others miss. She didn’t inherit her family’s magical abilities, but there’s more to Zora than anyone could imagine.

DragonForge is a universe where magic and multiverse travel are real. Dragons and Humans were once at war, until the gateway to the Dragon’s homeworld was sealed off from the rest of the multiverse. For 10,000 years Dragons have lived in isolated peace, until now.

So, regular people like you are co-creating DragonForge, and will be credited in the show. Owning our #NFT means you own a DragonForge character. You’re allowed to create in that universe. And you can make & sell products using your dragon; comics, clothing brands, toys etc.

We chose multiverse lore in DragonForge because it gives members almost infinite creative control over their own Dragon characters. You decide all the details about your Dragon and how to bring them to life. This is like owning a Stormtrooper and playing in the Star Wars world.

Why are we doing this? Four reasons
1) Fans of a brand are only ever allowed to consume. And they get nothing else in return! They are NEVER invited to join the creative process, until now with DragonForge.

2) Brands are missing out on the creativity of their supporters. Co-creating with our members has been an amazing experience. It’s elevated and even changed their lives, and mine. Later in the thread are comments members have left on our socials.

3) #Hollywood is boring. Yeah, I said it. We live in a time of reboots and remakes, and it’s lame. They’re making movies that have an existing audience because it’s safe. But you can’t innovate that way, and it’s showing. #Film3

4) Hollywood undervalues creators. When you sell your idea to a network, you lose all the rights. You make no royalties, and can never use your IP again. We say, f*ck that! Let’s try to walk a different path, where creators don’t have to sell their ideas for peanuts.

#Story is THE most powerful language. We’re using it to serve a community and our goal is to create fresh, bold, emotional, exciting stories with great characters and rich worlds. How DragonForge was born is a story in the making, one I will tell for the rest of my life!
