What is $ASTR?

It`s the most popular decentralized Layer 1 blockchain in Japan, and what`s cool it it is registered as a cryptocurrency and not security in a country with tough regulation!

$ASTR is a gateway to many blockchains!

What`s cool is that $ASTR is both EVM compatible that most projects are but also WASM compatible!

I don`t know any other project that is compatible with both of them EVM is a standard but its tech is outdated and slow, WASM

on the other hand is way more advanced but less popular at the moment due to #ETH being way longer on that market than 99,9% of the coins.

But WASM will be more adopted in the future if you ask me!

Not only they are EVM and WASM compatible but also allow them to interact with each other, making it truly interoperable ecosystem...

If that ain`t thinking big then damn I don`t know what is!

They offer a great feature called cross-consensus messaging in short XCM and a cross-virtual machine in short XVM

This makes them a great project if you ask me:)

Their government support and connections makes it both cool and scary, I don`t like the governments but in other hand they can get the monopoly cuz if gov says it`s cool, they will push it as cool!

Govs are ain`t no friends of mine:)

$ASTR is also the largest smart contract platform in the Polkadot ecosystem.

So what problem does $ASTR solves?
They try to be the future of smart contracts platform for multi-chain applications and messaging!
Their network supports building of #dApps

with EVM and WASM smart contracts to offer developers true interoperability.

They also have a cool #Build2Earn model that empowers developers to get paid through a #dApp staking mechanism for the code they write and #dApps they build!

I only scratched the surface as always!

What I don`t like is the 10% inflation yearly, and I understand they need to incentivise the builders and stakers, but still don`t like it cuz it goes 10% will infinity, but If you stake $ASTR it counters it, so not a big issue, and I

doubt the hodlers and buildiers will all sell their tokens $ASTR coul be big.

What I think about $ASTR?
I like the EVM and WASM interoperability and I would add It to my portfolio if I had the money, even thought they market cap is 169m it can scale to 10`s of bills if they play it right!
