If people are worried about covid, they avoid shops, go to fewer restaurants, stay away from offices etc.. Big businesses lose money.
Oil companies and commercial property companies lose money if people work from home. People use less petrol, which is the main thing.

People want sick pay, medical care, air filters and ventilation if they know the risks.
Businesses don’t want to pay. They fund pro-virus propaganda. Disinfo about covid and #LongCovid.
Covid’s the 3rd leading cause of death. 3% of the UK has LC. They need to hide it.

Some trolls are pretending to be people with different disabilities to sew discord between them, e.g. pretending to have long covid and hate people with M.E. (#MECFS) and vice versa.
They pretend to be immunocompromised and hate masks.

I’ve worked in social media on and off for over a decade. I know how these troll farms work. You see them all the time.
Governments and businesses worldwide use propaganda to make you do what they want. It works because they have all the money in the world to throw at it.

Now as masks are being removed from US hospitals, they want this month to be their final push to stop disabled people in particular from resisting mass-infection.
They want to stop nondisabled people who care about their health and the health of others to stop.

They work for the business lobbies that successfully had those doctors take off their masks.
They work for the people who successfully moved the UK from a vaccine-only strategy to an infection-only strategy, with no vaccines for children and no boosters for most UK people.

They are paid to create division, post disinfo and advocate against public health.
They use your demographic data to target you with the precision of advertisers.
If you can spot a troll easily, that one wasn’t aimed at you. They blend into their targets’ communities.

If you’re a queer disabled person, you won’t notice all the troll accounts with rainbow flags, who tweet about disability. They blend in.
You follow them back because they look real. They look like you. Your friends follow them.

Occasionally they’ll say something subtly anti-vaxx or anti-public health in your friend’s replies and you won’t think anything of it.
But there are thousands doing it. The cumulative effect is unimaginably huge. They do it because it works so well, it wins elections.

Brexit was won in part through social media manipulation. So was the Trump presidency. Both using the same Russian-backed troll farms.
Patrick Fagan was the lead psychologist at Cambridge Analytica, the data harvesting company who ran those campaigns.

He works with right wing astroturf organisations based at 55 Tufton Street in the UK now, alongside all the climate change denial astroturf organisations and LGB Alliance.
They all use the same tactics. They’re part of the #KochNetwork of dark money.

He orchestrates anti-vaxx, ableist, eugenicist, anti-public health disinformation campaigns in the media.
He works with Toby Young, who attended and spoke at eugenicist conferences in the UK and Canada.

They’re doing this to split up communities. To divide and rule on the left and among disabled people. To make us hate each other.
They’re doing it to distract public health advocates, activists, journalists and you, with infighting and confusion.

The main thing they want is apathy caused by confusion. They want to exhaust you so as you give up thinking.
Every time a huge study shows yet again that covid is causing heart attacks and strokes, they pump out disinfo saying it’s vaccines or masks or lockdowns years ago.

Covid is the third leading cause of death. It’s a mass-disabling event, and the job of these troll farms, targeting citizens of multiple countries, is to hide it.
They need you to believe that you are safe from covid and long covid. That caring about others is shameful.

One thing I didn’t add is that are also many trolls that exist purely to shame and attack, like a more traditional troll farm setup. Those are purely for silencing you.
Personally, I find the ones that integrate into online communities more worrying.

This thread gets mass reported so much by trolls, it disappears for weeks at a time.
It’s about the people behind covid minimising and climate change minimising online and in the media.
It has a lot more detail and they don’t like it.

Covid-minimising troll farms buy old accounts now to look more legit since I drew attention to them. They use new accounts in addition.
If you look at them on @BotSentinel (free app) you’ll find that they try to keep them rated Satisfactory now too. Usually at the high end.

They’re in Facebook #StillCoviding groups too, persuading disabled people and their families, who may not survive covid, to risk it.
