Noting that 🇱🇰's progress was hindered by the ethnic issue of 1978, (3/6)
which impeded the chance to rebuild the country’s foundation for development, the President said that the ethnic issue cannot be separated from the economic issue, adding that this issue must be resolved if 🇱🇰 is to prosper.
