Congress passed the Foreign Agents Registration Act in 1938 to unmask Nazi propaganda and identify foreign attempts to influence policy makers and the American public. But until recently, FARA has seldom been used.
2/ Only 15 violations have been criminally prosecuted since 1966, when the law was updated—and about half of those stemmed from Mr. Mueller’s investigation.

The small number of prosecutions is not owing to a lack of foreign influence. I first raised concerns about shoddy FARA
3/ enforcement in 2015, before Donald Trump launched his presidential campaign, when a former Clinton White House staffer and a lawyer for a Georgian political party failed to register as foreign agents.

Actually the fish head is rotting in America's @FBI and @DOJ it seems that the #CorruptFBI, #CorruptDOJ, and #CorruptSC Mueller just might have been caught with their pant's down.
@FBI @doj Judge Emmet who is overseeing General Flynn's sentencing has dismissed a similar case back in 2009 due to fraudulent 302 documents and @DOJ "Misconduct" thegatewaypundit.com/2018/12/judge-…
@FBI @doj Here is Judge Emmet's order, WRT FLynn's case, there is a good chance he throws out the entire Flynn case due to entrapment.

Seems LIKE FRAUD to be signing someone’s name to a letter without their permission.... As if it was all about political gain, not helping women ... disgusting behavior to score some cheap political points.

Pages 77 and 78 from today's #FBI dump, Sen. Gowdy: "I want to start by acknowledging progress. I think it is important that we do so. This morning, we have had nine straight Democrats talk to the FBI about emails without asking for immunity" - the sarcasm is deep with this one.
On Page 78 of today's #FBI dump (above right), Sen. Gowdy about Cheryl Mills: "if the Department of Justice says you have done nothing wrong, it does beg the question of why you are seeking or receiving immunity".
On Page 82 of today's #FBI dump (below) Chafetz. "So did it really take the FBI a full year to figure out the Cheryl Mills and Heather Samulson also had computers with classified information on it?"

#Kavanaugh badgered but says he will do what the committee chosen, brings up entrapment. Describes 302's the FBI does not reach conclusions
2. #Kavanaugh Brings up the confidentiality issue which the Democrats violated both #Ford's and #Kavanaugh's privacy.
3. Sen Graham blasts the Democrats - AWESOME. If you really wanted to know the truth [Democrats] you could have done it at anytime. You had no intention to protect Dr. #Ford.

3. #Kavanaugh describes that a #FBI investigation produces just 302's no conclusions to @SenFeinstein, also it's not up to him to demand an #FBI investigation. All this @SenFeinstein already knows.
