1. I get frustrated with people expecting instant justice for #spygate & other offenses from the 2016 election. This case is much bigger & more complicated than any of us can imagine. It is started far earlier, at 11:42 AM on September 8th, 1999 to be exact. #ClintonCrimes
2. It started with a phone call, from Bill Clinton to Boris Yeltsin who won the Presidency of Russia because the US interfered with their election in 1996 to help him win. Yeltsin was approaching the end of his 2nd term & facing term limits w/o a successor clinton.presidentiallibraries.us/items/show/575…
3. Yeltsin needs Clinton's help to try & make sure that the US & Russian elections in 2000 aren't used to damage the relationships they've put together between them. Yeltsin & Clinton have to stick together, so he says!
4. Yeltsin is very concerned that media reports of money laundering between Russian & NY banks could be used to for domestic political intrigues in the upcoming 2000 elections. He wants Russian Law Enforcement & Clinton's FBI Director Louis Freeh to jointly resolve this matter.
5. Then Yeltsin introduces his hand picked successor: Vladimir Putin & discusses efforts to make sure he wins in 2000!
6. President Clinton is also very concerned about the political fall out of corruption & money laundering related to the Clinton/Gore efforts to help Yeltsin & the Oligarchs.
7. Few remember that the Gore Chernomydin Commission is the process that was used to carve up the assets of the USSR. Then sell them to the oligarchs, many backed by foreign corrupt money. Namely Marc Rich who received a Presidential Pardon from Clinton. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gore-Cher…
8. President Clinton assures Yeltsin they can work through those issues. He also notes how good their contacts with Mr. Putin have been!
9. Clinton & Yeltsin meet in Turkey in November of 1999 to further these discussions. What does Yeltsin want, just Europe!
10. Berger & Albright agree that Russia has the right to meddle in the affairs of the break away republics, maybe even other European powers. What I find really ironic is that Carter Page was working with OSCE while serving as a Navy Intelligence officer!
11. The conversation wraps up with discussion of the Russian election. Yeltsin assures Clinton that Putin will win, with Yeltsin's help. Legally of course, but with certainty!
12. Which brings us to how did Putin win that 2000 election?

Did he have any outside help?

What if his helpers also tried to help Hillary win the 2016 election?
13. Well, his Putin's helpers were MI6 & Clinton's friend & ally Tony Blair. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6…
14. Yep at the request of the KGB, Putin's former employer, Sir Richard Dearlove used the PM & the resources of MI6 to make Puin President of Russia.
15. Yep getting Putin elected as President of Russia was too good of an opportunity to miss!
16. There are others including Jeff @themarketswork that have looked into Sir Richard Dearlove, but his private intelligence firm Haklyut played major roles in Spygate. theepochtimes.com/the-uk-and-aus…
@themarketswork 17. He was also speaking at the Cambridge event that Dearlove's associate Stephan Halper lured @carterwpage to in July 2016. Also attended by Vin Weber, Manafort's primary lobbyist for passing dictators' cash to Swamp Republicans.
@themarketswork @carterwpage 18. Dearlove even had a hand in Steele's dossier & passing it through British intelligence channels to the FBI. This may have been an effort to use reporting based on Steele to MI6 or CGHQ as corroboration for Steele's reporting to the FBI.
@themarketswork @carterwpage 19. Dearlove is a connection that threads most of this case together. But this case is not just about the 2016 election. It goes back to the 2 elections in 2000, trying to ensure that Gore & Putin won the elections to help cover up the money laundering & corruption linking them.
@themarketswork @carterwpage 20. An investigation that has to unwind more than 20 years of money laundering & back room deals. Handled by people who were able to ensure that everything they did was classified information, hidden from oversight & the public. While planting people in oversight roles to hide it
@themarketswork @carterwpage 21. These notes from Yeltsin & Clinton call were scheduled to be declassified on 11/19/09. They weren't. Then in March 2018 the Trump Admin declassifies them but doesn't release to the public. But they may have been released to investigators.
@themarketswork @carterwpage 22. Then without any announcement, they are released on 8/30/18 without explanation. Allowing those who were involved to admit these now declassified discussions were extremely irregular.
@themarketswork @carterwpage One of the participants @andrewsweiss on the call where Yeltsin informed Clinton that Putin would be his successor, says a few things are missing from the docs. Wonder if those are being held under Grand Jury secrecy rules? Or simple classification issues.

Breaking!
Neustar's access to government networks was worse than we thought!
And I thought they had everything!

It appears Neustar was subcontracted for EOP by Verisign, Inc. who had the federal contract to provide DNS services for ALL .gov websites!
#ButNothingsHappening
Verisign Inc. was providing DNS services for the entire .gov system under a contract with GSA.
The earliest contract that makes clear that they are managing the .gov domain for the federal government is in 2010 or 2011, but there are contracts earlier.
usaspending.gov/award/CONT_AWD…
Here is the contract from 2016 that was recently extended until June of 2022.
In 2014 when Neustar got access to do DNS services at the Executive Office of the President, Verisign was the contractor for all .gov domains. If Neustar was a subcontractor, it was for Verisign.

Durham's response to Sussmann's motion to strike Durham's notification of conflicts of interest hearing request by Durham.

courtlistener.com/docket/6039058…
Durham says they shared a very limited amount of factual detail to make the judge aware of the conflict.
How much more do they have?

Last week they said the law firm says Bosworth wasn't involved but they want the judge to ask him in person.
Durham then takes a shot at the fake news people on both the left & the right who have "overstated, understated, or misinterpreted facts" from his motion!

Hi Marcy!

The worlds Swampiest commodities firm Glencore warns investors it is setting aside $1.5 Billion to pay fines in the US, UK & Brazil over corruption!
Glencore was run for 40+ years by Marc Rich of Clinton Pardon infamy.
They're connected to Russiagate too
#ButNothingsHappening
Glencore connects to almost every Swamp on the planet, which is why Clinton had to pardon Marc Rich to sabotage decades of cases prior to 2001.
But they kept doing the same deals, including involvement in Chad.
These prosecutions stem from cases as far back as 2009, with various executives being flipped along the way.

As expected, Sussmann's attorney's filed their motion for dismissal today.
Focusing on the materiality of his lies to the FBI, it's not going to work but this is meant for public consumption not the judge.
Let's see if he forces Durham to reveal more!
courtlistener.com/docket/6039058…
But Sussmann did provide a false tip, the Alfa Bank information was false. At a minimum Sussmann knew the results were misleading & he was attempting to get the FBI to investigate Trump so he could leak that to the media & influence the 2016 election.
Judges almost always leave these decision to the trial & don't dismiss cases before the evidence is presented.

Another example of the #CollegeAdmission scandal revealing parents that may be linked to other crime.
Gamal Abdelaziz was convicted of bribery for admissions.
But he's a Wynn Casino exec who used to run their Macau casino. Macau is a Chinese money laundering hub.
I found a lot of examples where these parents were linked to other criminal activity, including a $1B heathcare fraud case in Florida.

Wow, Charlie Savage saying @nytimes readers aren't smart enough to understand the issues so they aren't covering it up. They just aren't covering it because their readers can't handle the truth because it is too complex.
So just tell them a fairy tale that it is misinformation.
@nytimes Where it gets interesting is that it is NYT's who started the story that Sussmann gave the CIA information from spying upon the White House.
Were they throwing Sussmann under the bus to distract from a bigger story?
This could all be false information trying to spin the NYTimes. But the researchers are claiming they were spying on the Obama White House, not the Trump White House, so why take that to CIA in Feb. 2017?
