Integrity Initiative was brought to light supposedly by the Hackivist group Anonymous. it was a UK led psyop that created a “large-scale information secret service” in Europe. This under the guise of countering “Russian propaganda”

It started in 2015 by the Institute for Statecraft

The main objective is “to provide a coordinated Western response to Russian disinformation and other elements of hybrid warfare.”

Institute of Statecraft is affiliated with NATO HQ Public Diplomacy Division and Home-Office-funded ‘Prevent’ program

operates on a budget of around $2.4 million USD

The initiative consists of “clusters” of local politicians, journalists, military personnel, scientist and academics.

The team is dedicated to searching for and publishing “evidence” of Russian interference in European affairs, while influencing leadership behind the scenes.

The program aims to “change attitudes in Russia itself” as well as influencing Russian speakers in the EU and North America according to a leaked document.

The group assembled their high-profile Spanish Journalists and achieved their goal. Once journalist took to twitter the spanish media such as El Pais started reporting the murmurs. MP Bob Seely was listed in the Banos op document. Banos lost to Miguel Angel Ballesteros.

Quick breakdown of Catalan:
the Spanish government declared the vote illegal and arrested activists, politicians and seized all boxes.

PM Felipe Gonzalez asked the most powerful media conglomerate and owner of El Pais to issue a “firm response” to the Catalonian independence movement.

El Pais began reporting stories of Assange helping Sputnik news and RT to push out “fake news”. Everyone probably remembers Assange and his tweet storm over the independence vote.

Milosevich-Juaristi admitted that he “Had no evidence” the Russian government sought to achieve “any concrete result” in the referendum campaign.

M C McGrath- Founding director of transparency Toolkit, a non-profit org helping journalist and human rights groups collect, analyze, and understand data online had serious questions about their competence and probity.

McGrath thought the three were exceptionally misleading in their conclusions.

So people sent out misleading information, fake news and data that reached the prime minister and spread across Europe that ended up getting Assange’s internet shut off and he could receive no visitors other than legal just to reiterate.

Institute of Statecraft launched a campaign shortly after the poisoning of Sergei Skripal. London blamed the attack on Moscow, Russia claimed there was no evidence and was a smear campaign against Russia.

A proposal document for the Skripal Project said the social media monitoring service known as SENTINEL and an investigative platform called SEEKER would be used to identify accounts that were deemed “part of a Russian government media strategy.”

II pushed for “an effective discrete and articulated information campaign” toward Italian influencers in politics and media. This was due to the people of Italy not viewing Russia as a threat.

The Institute for Statecraft suggested showing more pictures of Skripal in the hospital to “help the public relate” more to the story.

IfS wanted to recruit patron projects using anonymous funders as a way of creating high quality anti-Russian content. They could even commission the content themselves.

They also looked to recruit public figures in their networks to approach celebrities and other social influencers to spread their message.

IfS was also looking to expand in rural US by using Skripal as a “timely case-study”. They were also looking at finding a way to remove content from RT and Ruptly news agency from anywhere it was found in the Mainstream media.

Integrity Initiative essentially operated like a modern day version of Operation Mockingbird

Chris Donnelly created a list of independent journalist into the II activities. Donnelly tried forming a Cluster of people who “see things our way”

Donnelly in 2014 suggested “military measures” in crimea which included laying mines in Sevastopol Bay if he was in charge. the article asks this very important question “Why would a disinformation-busting charity be drafting proposals on UK military measures?”

The answer is simple the British Foreign office along with the British Army and Ministry of defense funded II’s activities.

Donnelly is absolute evil:
A private discussion between Donnelly and British Army Officer General (Ret.) Sir Richard Barron, The British Army’s Twitter and Facebook wing, the 77th Brigade is praised for its “exploitation of social media”

In a document published on the IfS website Donnelly suggests special training programs to instill “moral and ethical values” into children as young as 8 years old.

This all under the guise of stopping kids from being radicalized by Russia or ISIS. Indoctrinating children is always the play for globalist.
