Hello everyone. Please gather round let’s talk about simple ways you can scale your hustle this year.
1. Skill acquisition. This remains one of our favorite because improving on your skills is sure one way to increasing how much you can make.

But how do you know what skills to get. Hold on, we have a hack for you.
You could gain more skills in your current profession or look for new skills.

For the latter, visit top freelancing sites like Fiver, Freelancer.com etc & look for the top freelancers on the platforms. That will show you at a glance what skills are most in demand.
The good part is most of these skills are skills you can learn on the internet (for free or for very little money).

Proceed to online platforms like Coursera, Udemy or even YouTube and look for the top rated courses in the areas you have decided to pursue.
While doing the course, take up jobs with family and friends (serves as practice and also helps you build your portfolio). You can even do personal projects - this is to show proficiency.
Then when you are done, go back to those freelancing platforms and register your account. Post the free jobs you did or your personal projects as part of your portfolio - & get the people you did them for to give you reviews on the platform.
Your work speaks but reviews speak louder. In terms of pricing, also look across platforms to see what the average prices for those services are worldwide. Do not shortchange yourself.
2. Revenue projections. If you are already a business owner, please do not wing your revenues.

Set monthly revenue targets. This is important because writing down your revenue projections forces you to think about creative ways you can reach them.
Revenue projections also help you see what is working, what isn’t, where you should be speaking resources, where the gaps are and if there are other opportunities to take advantage of.
3. Develop a partnership map.

Look out for people you can or should be should be collaborating with and reach out

As you identify gaps in your business, look for other people who already have those basis covered & think about what they stand to gain from a partnership with you
