"Bottom line" you can't make an obstruction case against someone who is pissed off a criminal hoax was used to take him out. "Corrupt intent" is the statute, even if we accepted the legal theory. Had there been a case, Robert Mueller would've brought it. But he choked on it.
Here is the statute for obstruction of justice, for anyone not too lazy to read it. law.cornell.edu/wex/obstructio…
Barr: Trump did not claim executive privilege to redact anything, though he "would've been well within his right to do so."
Big takeaway here is that Mueller did want to twist up obstruction of justice statute and pretend the OLC opinion didn't exist. But he choked on charging because he didn't have a case. So, he offered the second best, ammo for Trump's political opposition.
Statements about his sincere beliefs also go to whether Trump had a corrupt intent, you ignorant hack.
Let me break this down for hack journos. You need a corrupt intent for obstruction.

Bill Barr was saying President Trump was sincerely frustrated, NOT that he was concerned Robert Mueller would find a crime BC there was none.

That's why Mueller himself mentions it. Not Barr.
