3. Stop thinking of all the reasons why you cannot be successful, and instead, think of all the reasons why you can.
4. Trace your attitude back through your child hood, and try to discover where you first got the idea you couldn't be successful, if that's the way you've been thinking.
5. Change the image you have of yourself by writing out a description of the person you would like to be.
6. Act the part of the successful person you have decided to become!

Let’s assume each day begins and ends at midnight.

Let’s assume we work for 10 hours a day, 5 days a week.

That leaves 14 hours.

We sleep for 8 hours a night.

That’s leaves 6 hours every week day.

And 16 hours each Saturday and Sunday.

That’s 6 x 5 = 30 hours Mon - Fri + 32 hours at the weekend.



A total of 62 hours a week, of your time to spend.
