With some typos. Good legal help is hard to find when you have $5 billion in cash and all the time in the world to prepare. 
This entire paragraph is highlighted because it's all too much for any sane person to believe.
Elon Musk has a problem with relying on, or in multiple instances, *seeking out*, false information when its suits his whims.
Recall, this was what Musk sent via e-mail on August 8, 2019 after being asked about why he lied so much.
But unlike that e-mail, this declaration was signed under penalty of perjury.
Pro tip, @elonmusk: If you're going to lie *UNDER OATH*—which you really shouldn't—don't start the same page your lie is on (that's page 4) with a statement that directly contradicts your lie and proves to any half-wit prosecutor that you've committed perjury.
Our justice system has devolved to the point where a billionaire can lie under oath, in black and white, literally for the world to see, and have no fear of any consequences whatsoever.
Based on this declaration, federal authorities would also be wise to examine the role of Musk's "family office," Excession LLC, in any affairs involving $TSLA or SpaceX. CC: @chopraftc @SEC_Enforcement

This is a material admission as it goes to "reckless disregard for the truth," which is an important element of a defamation claim.
Worth pointing out that in these documents Musk's lawyers published, without redaction, the passport number of Mr. Unsworth, as well as his e-mail address. (They redacted Elon Musk's e-mail address.) This violated California Central District Court Local Rule 5.2-1. CC: @LLinWood
Rules aside, it's not a good look in a libel case.
What is it about this car company and its CEO that false accusations of pedophilia so often follow its critics?
Occasionally, one can find hilarity in court documents simply because of extremely bad formatting. Here, the haiku-like nature of the e-mail thread appears to grow ever more urgent as space becomes more and more precious.

Additional hilarity: this just happened. Elon's counsel would like to un-file...what he just...filed. Probably because we pointed out that it violated Civil Local Rule 5.2-1, and Attorney L. Lin Wood isn't playing around.
