Some may recall PlainSite's revelation in May that "Now You Know," the father-and-son YouTube channel that purports to make educational videos, actually has on its staff at least one Tesla employee. It's corporate propaganda via the Cataldo family.
The endeavor must be doing well enough, because in late May, Zac Cataldo incorporated another LLC: Now You Know Productions LLC. This should make it relatively simple for federal regulators to know which entity to pursue for myriad violations of law. 
In addition to the fact that "Now You Know" fails to provide viewers with any disclaimer that might suggest its close tie(s) to Tesla, Inc. (so you don't know), Zac and Jesse took it upon themselves to provide expert legal analysis in their latest video, about our FOIA request.
In this video, Zac Cataldo actually states (at about 3:17) regarding the NHTSA cease-and-desist letter to Elon Musk and Tesla, Inc., "It's not a legal document or anything." That's a categorically false statement.
Jesse also gets wrong the reason for the subpoenas. NHTSA subpoenaed records for a number of discrete crashes to learn what role Autopilot may have had in each. It did not merely subpoena "info on the number of crashes involving Tesla" as Jesse incorrectly states.
Though there is now a new LLC as of July 24, 2019, viewers should consider these videos to be official marketing materials of Tesla, Inc. Therefore, the claims made in them A) about $TSLA stock and B) about the validity of a federal agency letter should be regulated accordingly.
In other words, Zac and Jesse may have just referred themselves to the @FTC for contravening @NHTSAgov's legal directive on $TSLA's behalf. And to @SEC_Enforcement. And they may want to check out investor.gov/news-alerts/in…. It should sound familiar.
