Whether it’s a senile Godfrey or disabled Jones or Mannering is not the issue here. It’s all about saving money by forcing us all to volunteer for a Brexit version of labour camps run by an authoritarian regime that doesn’t give a toss for workers rights or anyone’s!
It’s all about digging for the greater glory of Brexit and the future sunny uplands as we climb over the carcasses of our afflicted and more vulnerable citizens and its as constructive or futile an idea as forcing disabled conscripts to roll boulders up and down a hill all day!
But just look what the DWP will save per annum in benefits by converting benefit to workbased projects like a 2020 version of a Victorian workhouse. Maybe Johnson might even call them up to build HS2 if the Chinese contractors up sticks upon not getting paid properly!
