As tinfoil-hat as the theory may sound, it is a fact that both (1) the old Mexican "deep state" (PRI political party) has been funding U.S. democrats, and (2) Mexico has been getting closer with China for years now -- the recent corrupt President of Mexico, EPN, (cont'd)
went so far as to hold joint military exercises with the CCP in Mexico during his term which left a lot of people scratching their heads with confusion.
