Dia 12: Crema de carbassó 🥒
Una recepta ben senzilla que, com tota recepta senzilla, és especialment difícil de fer excel·lent 😉 I ens servirà d'excusa per comentar altres coses!
Ingredients: mantega, carbassó i patata 💚 Image
Si la crema de carbassó no té gust de crema de carbassó... Com podem saber si la crema de carbassó ens agrada? 😉
Va que hi afegirem la patata i linkarem el truqui d'en @gastromimix, que ell sí que en sap de veres.
Parem el foc, triturem amb el túrmix i, amb el mateix túrmix, passarem la crema a un altre recipient a través d'un colador xinès.
Sempre passem les cremes pel xino. No és negociable 😉 Serviu i la resta la repartiu en tuppers que, quan siguin ben freds, es tapen i al congelador! ImageImage
