Dia 15: com que avui és diumenge em concedeixo festa de videotutorial i passo un truqui molt cutre però salvavides (fem adéu aixins tots junts a la meva reputació com a cuinera 👋👋), un sofregit per arròs ben ràpid i d'emergència en base a coses que es conserven al rebost. Image
Alls a tope, que sofregirem pelats i tallats a poc a poc a la paella, pebrots en conserva (bons) i tomàquet concentrat. Ho unifiquem coent tot junt i evaporant tota aigua, jo afegeixo pimentó fumat, col·loco en glaçoneres, congelo i després ho passo a una bossa. I vaig treient!
A partir d'aquí, dos glaçonets i verdures, pam arròs de verdures. Dos glaçonets i pollastre i mongetes tendres, pam arròs de pollastre. Dos glaçonets, botifarra negra, bolets i conill i pam! I na fent.
