Norway has started to report #COVID19 cases when the test was taken (right) as opposed to when the case was reported (left).

This means the official number of cases gets adjusted back in time (results can take days)

Right: fhi.no/sv/smittsomme-…

It may have implications for growth rates, but I am sure that effect will be smaller each passing day (should not use the last 2-3 days in the Norwegian reports, as they are not complete).

Max cases per report day 400, max cases per test day 300! Not a minor difference...
There is a clear weekend effect with the test dates (14-15/3, 21-22/3).

If you want a test, I guess don't turn up on the weekend... Maybe avoid getting sick on a weekend too? (it could also be a remarkable coincidence, more data needed to verify).
