Pretty subversive. Chinese Communist Party unleashes a plague that induces the mayor of the capital of the United States to call troops into a public park to harass citizens just for walking. About 1 hour ago, Lincoln Park, Capitol Hill, Washington DC.
For a week the DC Police were going around in their cars, with loudspeakers, yelling at people just for being in the park - even though the emergency orders permitted people to walk in the park. Today the mayor called out the National Guard.
