EMPLOYERS ARE MANDATED BY OSHA. 🔥 THEY MUST PROVIDE PPE 4 HCWs
All agencies of the USA- ENTRUSTED With regulation and montitoring, MUST FOLLOW THROUGH ON EVERY COMPLAINT.OSHA SERVES EMPLOYEE SAFETY- KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
OSHA DOESNT REQUIRE THE STATE OR FEDERAL GOVT TO SUPPLY PPE FOR PRIVATE INDUSTRY. IT IS ULTIMATELY
THE INSTITUTIONS BURDEN.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO PUNISH A COMPLAINANT
Every State has Whistleblower laws protecting employees.OSHA has online complant forms for employees to address employers failing to meet safety standards.
Never ASSUME- the outcome of a complaint.If a complaint is made against a HCW even during state emergencys, they do pursue it.Including the DOJ.
PROTECT YOURSELF-PROTECT THE PATIENTS
